Restricted Shipping States
Due to Federal and State regulations we cannot ship to the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and Wisconsin.
By purchasing any wine from Jerry's Wine Center, you agree that you are bound by the following the Terms and Conditions:
- You certify that, by placing an on-line order, you are 21 years of age or older. An adult signature for receipt of goods will be required at time of delivery.
- All wine is sold “AS-IS,” without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or other description of physical condition. "Old" wines are NOT guaranteed for drinkability.
- Every attempt is made to use the correct label image for the wine being displayed on this website. The wrong year may appear on the image being used because the correct year is unavailable and we take no responsibility if the label is incorrect.
- Product availability, vintage year and end-user price may vary from those posted on this site. Many items may not be available due to limited release by selected wineries. In all cases, we will attempt to offer an alternate product, should your choice not be available.
- If your wine arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and you should file an appropriate claim with that carrier. We are not responsible for any damage in connection with the packing or shipping of the wines or of carriers, whether or not recommended or selected by us.
- You agree to pay any applicable state and local taxes, and any applicable compensating use tax of another state which we may be required by law to collect at the time of the payment of the purchase price.
- These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any wine purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such wine.
Order Confirmation
When your order is complete, you will receive two emails from Jerry's Wine Center; the first confirming your order has been received, and the second confirming that we have processed and shipped your order.
In-Store Pickup
Jerry's Wine Center is pleased to offer In-Store Pick Up for most items. With this feature, items in your Shopping Cart will be available to be picked up at Jerry's Wine Center, in Broadview Hts, during regular store hours.
If you would like to order items for In-Store Pickup, click "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping preference during checkout.
When your order is complete, you will receive two emails from Jerry's Wine Center; the first confirming your order has been received, and the second confirming that we have processed your order and it is ready to be picked up. Please note: Do not go to pick up your order until you have received both confirmation emails from Jerry's Wine Center.
Please be sure to bring your order number, photo ID and the credit card or other payment tender used for purchase when you arrive at Jerry's Wine Center.
Shipping
Due to varied shipping rates among states that we are permitted to ship to, we have decided to finalize all transactions at the register when received on the internet. Time permitting, you may receive a call to discuss shipping options and charges, otherwise we will ship the order to you via FEDEX Ground.
Acceptable Payment Methods
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and of course, cash in the store. Telephone orders will also be accepted during normal store hours.

Jerry's Wine Center is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Jerry's Wine Center does collect information from our users at several different points on our website, however, we will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

Registration is required in order to use this website at the time of placing an order only.
Ordering
Jerry's Wine Center will request information from users such as: contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number). This information is used for billing purposes to verify the customer is of legal age, and to fill customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. This information is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances.
Sharing
We value your privacy very much at Jerry's Wine Center, and will never release any account information to anyone outside of the necessary core groups that help our business function, like those mentioned above, unless our customers give us the authority to do so.
Emails
All of our users' information, like the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our store. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up to date on our security and privacy practices.
